WINNER BEST FILM OF THE YEAR
Fetisch Film Festival in Kiel (Germany) is looking out for quality films
and supports the artists.
It’s a tough job
when Hollywood refuses to produce films with sm/fetish as a mayor topic
and the audience for this seems to be limited.
AMERICAN FETISH made a big impression and MISTRESS SUPERIOR from Canada, represented by director J. David Philip and actress Elektra Harris, celebrated it’s world premiere in Kiel.
But it was the year of the shorts, both musicvideos and shortfilms: HOUSEKEEPER by Ben Lumpkin, HANDCUFFS by Erika Lust, WALKING THE DOG by Luigi Campi, CACTUS by danish Anna Treiman and LIBIDOLAND by just married Julie Keck & Jessica King – they all told about couples that try to change their love-life and improve their relationship, filmed in a creative and original way.
The third edition of the festival had big party FETISCH-TRAUM,
expositions of photographer Carlos Kella and female painter Gotana,
screened and discussed 19 productions.

Director Michael Simmons from Los Angeles
made a dream of a movie, a trip back to the 50s
starring women wearing lingerie and sexy nylons,
with famous photographer Eric Kroll involved.
The crime-story surrounds a mystery in the past. A trip with erotic images and a soundtrack
that makes AMERICAN FETISH a fascinating neo-noir-musicvideoclip.
